蒙药达如奇颗粒解热抗炎镇痛抑菌作用的实验研究

目的:观察达如奇颗粒的解热、抗炎、镇痛、抑菌作用。方法:采用家兔大肠杆菌内毒素致热法,以阿司匹林0.1g/kg,达如奇颗粒0.3g/kg,达如奇口服液0.3g/kg,每隔4h灌胃1次,连续灌胃2次,末次给药后致热,观察解热作用;采用小鼠二甲苯耳廓肿胀和大鼠足跖肿胀抗炎实验,以阿司匹林0.2g/kg、小鼠予达如奇颗粒0.6g/kg、达如奇口服液0.6g/kg;大鼠予达如奇颗粒0.375g/kg、达如奇口服液0.375g/kg,每日灌胃1次,连续给药1周,于末次给药30m in后造模,观察其抗炎作用;采用冰醋酸小鼠扭体法和热板法,以阿司匹林0.2g/kg、达如奇颗粒0.6g/kg,达如奇口服液0.6g/kg,每隔4h灌胃1次,连续灌胃2次,观察镇痛作用;以体外抑菌试验观察达如奇颗粒对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、肺炎链球菌及脑膜炎奈瑟菌、大肠埃希菌、痢疾志贺菌、伤寒沙门菌的抑菌作用。结果:达如奇颗粒在3h内、达如奇口服液在2h内降热作用与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05),与阿司匹林降热作用相近;与模型组比较,达如奇颗粒和达如奇口服液均可减少冰醋酸引起小鼠的扭体次数和提高热板所致小鼠的痛阈值(P<0.05),与阿司匹林作用相近;达如奇颗粒与达如奇口服液均有抑制角叉菜胶致足跖肿胀作用,且达如奇颗粒在1h、2h内,达如奇口服液在1h内作用较明显,与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);均对金黄色葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、肺炎链球菌及脑膜炎奈瑟菌、大肠埃希菌、痢疾志贺菌、伤寒沙门菌均有抑菌作用。结论:达如奇颗粒有解热、抗炎、镇痛、抑菌作用,且抗炎作用优于达如奇口服液。

Experimental Studies on Allaying the Fever and Anti-inflamm Atory Effect Analgesic and Bacteriostasis Effect of Daruqi Pellet

Objective:To observe Allaying the Fever and Anti-inflamm atory effect Analgesic and the Bacteriostasis effect of Daruqi Pellet.Methods:Use to study the rabbits with colon bacillus was induced by Aspirin 0.1g/kg,Daruqi Pellet 0.3g/kg,Daruqi Oral Liquid 0.3g/kg.They were filled the stomach every 4 hours and were filled twice.Last time it was caused heat.To observe the effect of Allaying the Fever:Use to study the experiment of swelling of pinna of the small mice and the experiment of foot sole of the big mice resisted the inflammation.The small mice was given Aspirin 0.2g/kg,Daruqi pellet 0.6g/kg,Daruqi Oral Liquid 0.6g/kg.The big mice was given Daruqi Pellet 0.375g/kg,Daruqi Oral Liquid0.375g/kg.They were given once a day for a week.The last time they were made models after they were given them 30 minutes.To observe Anti-inflamm atory effect in mice.It was caused by filling the stomach with Aspirin 0.2g/kg,Daruqi Pellet 0.6g/kg.Daruqi Oral Liquid 0.6g/kg every four hours and filling twice.To observe Analgesic effect :To research on Daruqi Pellet inhibited staphylococcus aureus and other five of bacterial at high level.Results:To compare the effect of Allaying the fever between model group and Daruqi Pellet in 3hours,Daruqi Liquid in 2 hours.The effect had noable differences(P<0.05).The effect of Allaying the fever is same as Aspirin.Compare with model group Daruqi Pellet and Daruqi Oral Liquid reduced the times of the counting body wisting in mice and reduced the pain of the latent period licking hind foot with the hot plate(P<0.05).It is the same as the effect of Aspirin.Daruqi Pellet and Daruqi Oral Liquid inhibited the effect of swelling of food sole.The result showed that Daruqi Pellet acted on clearly in one or two hours and Daruqi Oral Liquid acted on clearly in one hour.Compare with model group the effect had noable differences(P<0.05).Daruqi Pellet inhibited staphylococcus aureus and other five kinds of bacterial at high level.Conclusion:Daruqi Pellet was provided with Allaying the fever and Anti-inflamm atory effect Analgesicand the Bacteriostasis effect.For Anti-inflamm atory effect Daruqi Pellet was better than Daruqi Oral Liquid.
