| 摘 要： | 目的探讨有效护理安全管理方法。方法制定护理安全机制,对干预前后护士的护理安全认知度和患者的满意度进行比较。结果护理安全干预后护士的安全知识考核平均分和患者满意度与干预前比较明显提高(均P<0.05)。结论改进护理安全管理措施,增强了护士的安全意识,帮助护士提高操作及专业技能,从而提高了患者的满意度,提升了医院的声誉。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effective nursing safety managements. Methods Comparing the safety nursing recognition and the patient satisfaction of the nurses before and after making the nursing safety mechanism. Result The average of the safety nursing check-up and the patient satisfaction for the nurses both had obvious increase（both P〈0.05）. Conclusion Improving safety nursing management, raised the safety awareness of the nurses, what＇s more, the operations and professional skills, which made the patient satisfaction increased and enhanced the reputation of the hospital. |
