个性化口腔护理方法在口腔颌面外科患者中的应用效果分析

目的探讨推行个性化新型口腔护理方法。方法选取本医院口腔科实际患病人员120例为研究对象,按照护理方法相异分为实验组(个性化护理组)与对照组(常规护理方法组),每组n=60例,对比两组患者护理舒适度、满意度及口腔颌面伤口恢复情况。结果实验组护理舒适度、满意度与对照组相比有显著差异,P<0.05;实验组患者口腔颌面伤口恢复情况明显优于对照组,治疗优良率对比有显著差异,两组数据对比有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论个性化口腔护理方法转变了口腔护理理念,改进口腔护理方法及更新口腔护理液的方法,提高了口腔护理的效果,增加了患者的舒适度,使口腔护理更具有效性、安全性,值得在临床护理中大力推广。

Application of Individualized Oral Nursing Methods in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Patients

Objective To explore the implementation of personalized new oral nursing method. Methods Selected the hospital dentistry 120 cases for the study, who were divided into experimental group （personalized care group） and control group （routine care group）, each group n = 60 cases, in accordance with the methods of care are different, two groups of patients of carecomfort, satisfaction, and oral and maxillofacial wound recovery were compared. Results The experimental group care comfort, satisfaction with the control group compared significant difference, P〈0.05; experimental group patients with oral and maxillofacial wound/ecovery was significantly better than the control group, significant differences in treatment excellent rate comparison, the two sets of data comparison statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Personalized oral care changes in the concept of oral care, which improve oral care and updated oral care solution methods to improve the effect of oral care, increased patient comfort, make oral care more effectiveness, it is safety worth vigorously promoted in clinical care.
