| 摘 要： | 目的观察分析采用雾化吸入布地奈德和静脉注射地塞米松对急性喉炎的治疗效果。方法选取本院2012年1月至2012年12月收治的67例小儿急性喉炎患儿做为临床资料,分为布地奈德治疗组和地塞米松对照组观察两组疗效。结果治疗组较对照组在患者症状缓解情况(呼吸困难、犬吠样咳嗽、声音嘶哑)、自觉症状改善率、不良反应、症状好转时间上存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在治疗小儿急性喉炎方面,布地奈德直接针对病变部位,药效迅速发挥,疗效确切,应用方便,值得临床继续研究和推广。

| Abstract: | Objective Observe and analyse of using intravenous dexamethasone and inhaled budesonide on acute laryngitis gaseous therapeutic effect. Methods In our hospital from 2012 January to 2012 December treated 67 cases of infantile acute laryngitis patients for clinical data, divided into treatment group and control group respectively the corresponding treatment. Results The treatment group achieved better effect in 3 days, significantly better than the control group. Conclusion In the treatment of acute laryngitis, budesonide aimed directly at the site of lesion, efficacy can quickly play, has good therapeutic effect on laryngitis. |
