创伤性浮动胸壁40例临床分析

目的探讨分析因外伤引起多根肋骨骨折并导致胸廓软化的临床特点和主要治疗措施,供临床参考使用。方法采用回顾性分析方法对我院胸外科2012年2月至2013年2月间收治的各种外伤所致的胸壁软化并导致呼吸、循环系统功能障碍患者40例的临床资料,分析创伤性浮动胸壁主要致病原因和治疗措施。结果本组40例患者中车祸伤33例,挤压伤4例,斗殴伤3例;采用切开肋骨环抱式接骨器行肋骨固定术治疗27例,利用非手术治疗13例,所有患者均治愈出院,无死亡病例。结论创伤性浮动胸壁是胸外科常见的急重症,其最主要的致病原因是车祸伤,在治疗方面因具体情况而定,选择手术治疗和非手术的综合治疗都可以取得较好疗效。

The Analysis of 40 Cases of Traumatic Flail Chest

Objective To discuss the clinical characteristic of traumatic flail chest by ribs fracture and treating measure to provide envidenee in clinic. Method Choosed 40 patients of traumatic flail chest caused by injury lead to circulation system failure to analyze the cause and treatment for traumatic flail chest. Results There were 33 eases injuried by traffic accident, and 4 cases by crush injury, 3 cases by fighting. And Choosed to treat 27 cases with rib fixation by encircle type connector, and treated 13 eases with non-operation methods. There was no dead. Conclusion The main cause for traumatic flail chest is traffic accident and choose operation or non-operation methods to treat to receive good effect by situation.
