产后出血的临床特点及诊治研究

目的研究产后出血的临床特点及诊治情况。方法选取64例产后出血产妇,根据出血原因分别采用不同方式治疗,对剖宫产与阴道自然分娩产妇的出血原因和治疗情况进行对比,并对产后出血的临床特点予以整体分析。结果剖宫产和阴道自然分娩产妇均主要因宫缩乏力致产后出血;剖宫产妇中胎盘因素比率相对更高,自然分娩的产妇中产道受损比率相对更高。所有产妇均成功治愈;阴道自然分娩产妇的整体出血量相对更少。结论对产后出血的临床特点加强认识,一旦发生后即刻查找原因并对症处理,可有效治疗产后出血。

The Clinical Characteristics and Treatment Research of Postpartum Hemorrhage

Objective Research the clinical characteristics and treatment of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods Selected 64 postpartum hemorrhage maternity patients, cured by different ways respectively according to the bleeding reason, and then compared bleeding causes and treatment of the cesarean section and vaginal natural childbirth puerpera, and analysed the clinical features of postpartum hemorrhage. Results Cesarean section and vaginal natural childbirth puerpera appeared postpartum hemorrhage were mainly caused by weak contractions; Cesarean section on placenta factor ratio was relative taller, the natural childbirth pregnant on birth canal damage ratiows was relative taller. All maternity were successfully cured; the whole amount of bleeding of vaginal natural childbirth puerpera was relatively less. Conclusion Strengthen understanding of the clinical features of postpartum hemorrhage, once happens instantly find the reasons and treatment symptomatMy, which can effectively treat postpartum hemorrhage.
