| 摘 要： | 医院经济运行标准化管理是医院经济合理有序持续发展的重要管理手段。本文探讨了如何以标准和制度建设为基础,以信息化手段为支撑,构建严格规范、层次分明的财务管理系统;全程可控、实时准确的成本核算制度;高效合理、公开透明的价格和收费管理标准;注重绩效、激励性强的收入分配模式;监督有效、配合协作的内部审计体系,并以此实现医院经济运行管理中的计划、组织、协调、监督与持续改进。

| Abstract: | Hospital economic standardized management is an important management method to support hospital economic rational and sustainable development. Based on standard and institutions construction and information technology, strict, normative and well arranged financial system, full controllable, real-time and accurate cost accounting system, efficiency, effect and transparency price management standard, performance and incentive based income distribution system and effective supervision and coordination internal audit system are constructed. Based on new system, plan, organization, coordination and supervision on hospital economic management is continuous improved. |
