认知功能障碍与同型半胱氨酸水平的关系研究

摘    要:目的探讨老年人认知功能障碍与血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平的关系。方法收集102例认知功能障碍老年患者为病例组,收集40例认知功能正常老年人为对照组;采用简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评分,将病例组分为轻度认知功能障碍(MCI)组52例和痴呆组50例,痴呆组其中老年性痴呆(AD)13例和血管性痴呆(VD)37例;各组均检测血浆Hcy水平,进行组间比较,血浆Hcy浓度与MMSE评分进行相关性分析。结果病例组血浆Hcy水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01),痴呆组血浆Hcy水平显著高于MCI组(P<0.01);痴呆组血浆Hcy水平与MMSE评分呈明显负相关(P<0.01)。结论老年人认知功能障碍与高Hcy有关,而且认知障碍程度与血浆Hcy水平增高程度密切相关,高Hcy是老年人认知功能障碍的一个危险因素。

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between cognitive impairment and plasma levels of homoeysteine(Hcy) in elderly patients. Method 102 cases of elderly patients with cognitive impairment as study group and 40 normal elderly people as control group ; minimentalstateexam score was used to divide the control group into two group : mild cognitive dysfunction group with 52 cases and dementia group with 50 cases which included 13 cases of Alzheimer Disease and 37 cases of vascular dementia; plasma levels of homocysteine(Hcy) in every group were examined and compared between these groups,which were for correlation analysis with MMSE score. Results Plasma levels of homocysteine(Hcy) in study group was significantly higher than in control group(P〈0.01 ) and plasma levels of homoeysteine(Hey) in dementia group was significantly higher than in MCI group(P〈0.01); plasma levels of homocysteine(Hey) in dementia group was negatively related with MMSE score. Conclusion Cognitive dysfunction of the elderly is correlated to high Hcy and the degree cognitive dysfunction is significantly correlated to the rise of plasma levels of homocysteine(Hcy). High homocysteine is the risk factor of cognitive dysfunction of elderly.
