米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在瘢痕子宫哺乳期妊娠人工流产中的应用分析

摘    要:目的探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在哺乳期瘢痕子宫人工流产中的应用体会。方法随机选择并回顾性分析2008年1月至2011年12月于我院进行人工流产的哺乳期瘢痕子宫孕妇140例,研究组孕妇70例,米非司酮配伍米索前列醇术前给药进行人工流产术,对照组70例,单纯应用米索前列醇术前给药进行人工流产术,两组均采用异丙酚麻醉,比较两组孕妇术中阴道出血、手术时间、胚胎脱落率情况及子宫穿孔的发生情况。结果研究组宫颈扩张满意度及胚胎脱落例数明显优于对照组,且前者手术时间、术中出血量及子宫穿孔的发生明显少于后者,二者差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论哺乳期瘢痕子宫孕妇人工流产术前使用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇可以明显减少手术时间和术中出血,基本杜绝子宫穿孔的发生,减少对子宫壁的创伤,降低人工流产近、远期并发症的发生,适宜临床推广。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the methods of treating artificial abortion with mifepristone and misoprostol lactation in scar uterus patients. Methods Choosed 140 patients of lactation in scar uterus to divide into study group and controlled group with 70 cases. Study group were Ireated with mifepristone and misoprostol, and controlled group were treated with misoprostol only. All these two groups were treated with propofolum. Compared the amount of vaginal bleeding, operation time, rate of embryorfic off and perforation of uterus. Results The cervical dilation and incidence of perforation of uterus in study group were superior to controlled group, and operation time, amount of bleeding in study group were lower than controlled group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Treating artificial abortion with mifepristone and misoprostol lactation in scar uterus patients could decrease incidence of perforation of uterus and complication to extend in clinic.
