西比灵治疗椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕50例疗效观察

目的 探讨西比灵治疗椎基底动脉供血不足（VBI）性眩晕的临床疗效。方法 椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕的住院和门诊患者共80例，其中50例为给口服西比灵治疗，另30例为给静脉用654-2治疗。两组均使用复方丹参注射液为基础治疗，疗程30d。疗程结束后，评定疗效及复查彩色多普勒超声（TCD）。结果 治疗组总有效率94％，对照组63．3％。治疗组效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论 西比灵治疗VBI性眩晕疗效显著。

Curative effect observation on the treatment of vertigo caused by vertebro-basilar insufficiency with sibelium

Objective To explore the clinical curative effects of sibelium(flunarizine) in the treatment of vertigo caused by vertebro-basilar insufficiency(VBI).Methods Eighty inpatients and outpatients with vertigo caused by vertebro-basilar insufficiency were included in the study.Among them,50 cases were given orally sibelium and 30 cases were given intravenously 654-2.Compound radix salviae miltiorrhizae injection was used in both groups as basic cure for 30d after the treatment.The curative effects were evaluated and color transcranial Doppler sonography(TCD) was reperformed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 63.3%.The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Sibelium has significant curative effects on the vertigo caused by VBI.
