| 摘 要： | 空军总医院与天坛医院合作从1992年1月开始,用等中心直线加速器开展立体定向放射性外科治疗(SRS).到1992年11月底已治疗各类颅内疾病126例,其中3例为脑转移瘤.单次照射肿瘤边缘剂量为28~35cGy,均收到满意近期疗效.CT检查3例转移灶于18周内完全消失,神经系统症状得到迅速改善.其中2例于SRS后5个月和6个月分别死于全身转移,另1例已健康存活13个月.作者在讨论中强调SRS配合全脑常规放疗的重要性.

| Abstract: | From January 1992 to December 1992,126 cases of various in-tracranial disorders were treated at authors'hospital using stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) with linear accelerator. Among them,3 cases were metastatic brain tumors. The single radiation dose in each case was 28 to 35Gy at the border of tumors. The short-term results were satisfactory. On CT scan,all lesions completely disappeared within 18 weeks after SRS. The neurologic symptoms improved rapidly in each patient. Two patients died of systemic disease 5 and 6 months after irradiation. The other one is living 13 months after treatment in good health. In conclusion,the authors emphasized the importance of SRS combined with whole brain irradiation. |
