感染创面肉芽组织期伤科黄水纱布湿敷中应用优拓的止痛效果观察

目的探讨优拓用于伤科黄水纱布湿敷感染创面肉芽组织期的止痛效果。方法选择应用中药伤科黄水纱布治疗感染创面的患者120例，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各60例。创面后期渗出液减少时，对照组单纯用伤科黄水纱布覆盖创面湿敷，再用无菌纱布包扎；观察组先用与创面同样大小的优拓贴敷创面，其上再用伤科黄水纱布覆盖湿敷，再用无菌纱布包扎。由换药人员评价患者在创面后期渗出液少时首次换药过程中的疼痛程度。结果两组疼痛程度比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01），观察组疼痛程度明显轻于对照组。结论感染创面后期渗出液少，在创面先用优拓贴敷后再覆盖伤科黄水纱布。可减轻揭开纱布时引起的疼痛.

The Analgesic Effect of Urgotul on Infected Wound Surface at Stage of Granulation Tissue Treated by Hydropathic Compress with Herbal Yellow Water Gauze

Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of urgotul on infected wound surface at stage of granulation tissue treated by hydropathic compress with herbal yellow water gauze. Methods 120 patients, with their infected wound surfaces treated with herbal yellow water gauze, were equally randomized into two groups. When the exudate at the surface was reduced at stage of granulation tissue, the wound surfaces were covered with herbal yellow water gauze for hydropatic compress and then wrapped with asepsis gauze in the control group, while in the observation group, urgotul at the size of the wound was applied on the surface, followed by hydropathic compress with herbal yellow water gauze and then covered with asepsis gauze. The pain degree was assessed by the nurses who changed the dressings for the first time when the exudate at the surface was reduced at stage of granulation tissue. Results There was significant difference in pain degree between the groups （P〈0.01）, the pain degree in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion The infected wound surface exudates at a little degree. Application of urgotul plus covering with herbal yellow water gauze can reduce the pains induced by uncovering gauzes.
