福州海港口岸输人性蝇类监测结果分析

摘    要:〔目的〕监测福州海港口岸输入性蝇类情况,严防境外蝇类的侵入。〔方法〕采用硫酰氟蒸熏法,对入境废纸集装箱进行卫生处理,采集蝇类标本鉴定种类及用荧光RT-PCR法检测蝇体内携带肠道病毒。〔结果〕2006—2007年共截获境外输入性蝇类标本11840只,经鉴定隶属于5科15属23种,主要为丝光绿蝇、红头丽蝇和家蝇,分别占蝇类总数的40.80%、27.59%和9.42%。其中胖腐蝇、巴浦绿蝇、红头丽蝇、乌拉尔丽蝇、宽丽蝇等系本口岸没有分布的蝇种。这些境外蝇类输入地域来自欧洲、亚洲、美洲、及大洋洲的16个国家和地区。在丝光绿蝇、红头丽蝇等蝇种躯体上发现13批次有害寄生螨类活体,主要为粉螨科Acaridae,食酪螨属Tyrophagus,腐食酪螨Tyrophagus putrescentiae(Schrank);检出肠道病毒阳性标本28组,阳性率14%。〔结论〕鉴定结果说明查获的境外蝇类涉及的国家较多,种类呈多样性。蝇体表面发现活体螨类,提示硫酰氟蒸熏法不能全部杀死螨类;蝇体内检出肠道病毒,表明虫媒传染病的输入风险依然存在,应引起高度重视及采取有效预防控制措施。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the condition of introduced flies at Fuzhou port,and to prevent flies invading. Method The flies were collected,indentified and classified after the entry containers of waste paper were treated with sulfuryl fluoride.Enteroviruses was tested by RT-PCR. Result 11 840 flies were identified as 23 species of 15 genera,5 family in 2006 to 2007. In which,the preponderant species were Lucilia sercata,Calliphora Vicina and Musca domestica vicina,occupied 40.8%,27.59% and 9.42% respectively. The other 5 species,such as Muscina prolapsa,Lucilia papuensis,Calliphora vicina,C. uralensis and Calliphoralata,had never been found at Fuzhou Port. These flies had been carried by entry containers of waste paper,which came from 16 countries or regions of Europe,Asia,America and Oceania. Meanwhile the living parasitical mites adhering on the Calliphora vicina and Lucilia sercata etc had been found at the first time. The Acaridae,Tyrophagus,Tyrophagus putrescentiae (Schrank) was the dominant Species. The samples of 28 groups were positive,the positive rate was 14%. Conclusion The country and kind of the introduced flies present the characteristics of diversity. The living mites on flies proved that sulfuryl fluoride fumigation probabley could not destroy parasitical mites effectively. It is showed the risk of insect-borne diseases,and we should pay more attention to it and adopt effectively prevention and control measures.
