埃及伊蚊血淋巴被动传输后受体蚊对彭亨丝虫易感性的变化

摘    要:以感染和未感染有彭亨丝虫微丝蚴的埃及伊蚊不易感株和易感株为供体,将其血淋巴转输入易感株埃及伊蚊,同时胸内接种微丝蚴。转输后第3、第4和第5d观察。结果表明,接受未感染微丝蚴的易感株、接受感染或未感染微丝蚴的不易感株埃及伊蚊血淋巴转输的受体蚊体内微丝蚴黑化率分别为21.2%、31.2%和31.1%。提示供体蚊不论经否做丝蚴感染刺激;其血淋巴转输入受体蚊后的作用相似;而不同易感性蚊株的血淋巴对受体蚊的易感性具有明显不同的作用(P<0.01)。另外,黑化微丝蚴大部分集中于蚊腹部,约为64.3~73.6%;而存活幼虫和微丝蚴几乎全部集中在蚊胸部,达到98.4~99.8%,后者可能与幼虫选择发育部位有关。

Abstract:Observations were carried out on the changes in the susceptibility of Aedes aegyptt (refm) to Brugia pahangi after receiving haemolymph from both refractory (repRR) and susceptible (refm) Aedes aegypti that were previously inoculated with microfilariae plus TC199 (tissue culture 199) or TC199 respectively. The metanization rates of microfilariae in the recipient mosquitoes were determined by dissecting the mosquitoes on day 3, 4 and 5 after haemolymph transfer. In the recipients receiving haemolymph from the refractory donors inoculated with microfilariae plus TC199, from the refractory donors inoculated with TC199 only and from the susceptible donors inoculated with TC199 only, the melanization rates of microfilariae were estimated to be 31.2%, 31.1% and 21.2% respectively. It is suggested that the intensity of melanization of mosquitoes varies with their susceptibijity inherited from their parents. Therefore, the melanization rates of microfilariae in the mosquitoes can be taken as one of the indices of their susceptibility. In addition, most (64.3-73.6%) of the recovered melanized microfilariae were found in the abdomen of the mosquitoes while almost all the developing larvae, in the thorax, possibly due to the choice of preferred sites for development in the latter.
