摘    要:目的 观察 2型糖尿病脑动脉血流动力学的变化。方法 应用经颅多普勒 (TCD)测定 2型糖尿病组和对照组的两侧大脑动脉、椎动脉的血流峰值速度 (Vmax)和阻力指数 (RI)并进行比较。结果 糖尿病组的脑动脉Vmax与对照组比较无统计学意义的差异 ,糖尿病组的双侧大脑前、中动脉和左侧椎动脉的RI显著高于对照组 ,左侧椎动脉的RI与糖尿病病程相关。结论  2型糖尿病影响脑动脉血流动力学 ,RI是判断其变化的有价值指标

Abstract:Objective To observe the hemodynamic change of cerebral artery in type 2 diabetes.Methods Transcranial doppler was used to measure the max flow velocities(Vmax) and the resistance index(RI) of cerebral artery of 13 diabetic patients and 13 age,blood pressure matched non diabetics.Results Vmax of cerebral artery were not significantly different between diabetic patients and non diabetics.The RI of anterior and middle cerebral antery in diabetic patients were significantly higher than those controls(P<0.05).The RI of left vertebroartery was significantly different between two groups(P<0.01).The RI was related with diabetic course.Conclusion Type 2 diabetes has an effect on hemodynamics of cerebral artery,RI is a useful marker for the detection of diabetic hemodynamic change of cerebral artery.
