| 摘 要： | 目的探讨高血压病患者动态血压变化与左室肥厚的关系.方法对100例高血压病患者进行24h动态血压监测和超声心动图检查,对24h动态血压变异性、血压负荷值与左室质量指数进行相关性分析.结果高血压组左室质量指数显著大于对照组,收缩压变异度、收缩压负荷值与左室质量指数密切相关,而舒张压、舒张压变异度、舒张压负荷值与左室质量指数无相关性.结论高血压病患者收缩压及其负荷值和变异性对左室肥厚有重要作用.

| Abstract: | Objiective To study the relationship between ambulatory blood pressure (ABP) and left ventricle hypertrophy (LVH) in patients with essential hypertension(EH).Methods 24h Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) and echocardiography was performed in 100 EH patients. The relationship between ABPM and LVH was analyzed.Results LVMI in the EH was significantly greater than that in control group.Systolic blood pressure (SBP) and SBP variability and SBP load were closely related to LVH.While diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and DBP variability and DBP load were not correlated with LVH.Conclusion The level of SBP and its load and variability play an important role in develipment of LVH. |
