| 摘 要： | 目的评价经尿道气囊扩张治疗尿道狭窄的疗效.方法电视监视下采用硬质超滑气囊扩张管治疗尿道狭窄16例.结果16例中有10例1次扩成功,4例经再次扩张成功,效果满意,扩张治疗成功的14例,随访2～36月,排尿通畅,无并发症.2例失败行开放手术.结论气囊扩张可以治疗单纯性尿道狭窄,具有创伤小、操作时间短、疗效可靠、并发症少等优点.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the curative effects of transurethral dialatation with balloon catheter in treating urethral stricture. Methods 16 cases were treated with hard and supersmooth ballon catheter under TV minitoring equipemnt. Results 14 cases got satisfactory effects, 10 cases recovered after the first dilatation, and 4 received a second dilatation and then got over. The follow - up surveys for 2-36 months showed that no complications occurred and that only 2 cases received urethral opening operation after their dilatation failed. Conclusion Urethral stricture can be treated by transurethral dilatation with ballon catheter as an alternative therapy for its good curative effects. |
