芎冰喷雾剂对椎-基底动脉供血不足的即时疗效

摘    要:目的研究芎冰喷雾剂治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的即时疗效.方法将符合标准的40例VBI病人随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例,分别给予芎冰喷雾剂和安慰剂喷鼻,并于给药前和给药后15 min、30 min、60 min经颅多普勒超声(TCD)检测其脑血管血流速度及搏动指数变化,并记录临床症状体征变化.结果给药15 min后,治疗组眩晕分值、症状总分自身比较及与对照组比较均明显下降(P〈0.01).基底动脉及椎动脉的峰值血流速度(Vs)、舒张末期血流速度(Vd)、平均血流速度(Vm)与给药前相比均明显升高,血流量增加,高于对照组,基底动脉给药30 min后搏动指数(PI)低于对照组.对照组在给药后15 min、30 min、60 min时Vs、Vd、Vm、PI值与给药前相比无统计学意义.结论芎冰喷雾剂治疗VBI具有疗效迅速、确切的特点,经鼻腔给药的治疗途径可取.

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of Xiongbing nasal spray for vertebral and basilar arterial insufficiency (VBI) .Methods Forty patients (pts) with VBI were divided into 2 groups randomly:Twenty pts were treated with Xiongbing nasal spray in treatment group and 20 pts were treated with placebo in control group.The cerebral blood flow and pulse index were tested pre-and post-therapy.Results The total symptom integration and vertigo integration were reduced significantly in treatment group than that in the control group. The symptom integrations such as vomiting,sick, tinnitus,deaf and eyeball trembling were improved in different level in treatment group than that in control group (P<0.05 or P<0.01).Compared with the control group and pre-therapy, Vs, Vd, and Vm of vertebral and basilar artery were increased(P<0.05 or P<0.01).PI of basilar artery following treatment for 30 min was reduced significantly compared with that pre-treatment.Conclusion Xiongbing nasal spray was effective for vertebral and basilar arterial insufficiency.
