十济汤联合化疗治疗结直肠癌临床研究

摘    要:目的探讨中药十济汤联合化疗治疗结直肠癌的临床疗效。方法将63例大肠癌患者随机分为研究组和对照组,两组均予以相同标准化疗方案进行治疗,研究组加用中药十济汤口服;治疗2个疗程后比较两组肿瘤治疗的有效率、患者生存质量、癌胚抗原(CEA)、细胞免疫状态等指标。结果研究组31例,CR2例,PR17例,有效率61.29%;对照组32例,CR1例,PR14例,有效率46.88%,两组有效率差异有显著性;疾病控制率均达90%以上;研究组CEA降低更为显著,且较对照组细胞免疫状态和一般状态有显著改善。结论十济汤联合化疗治疗大肠癌能显著提高疗效,明显改善患者一般状况和细胞免疫状态。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of treating colorectal cancer by Shiji Decoction combined with chemotherapy.Methods:63 Patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(31 cases)and the control group(32 cases).All patients of the two groups accepted FOLFOX 4 chemotherapy,while those in the treatment group treated with Shijit Decoction in addition.Effective rate,Quality of lief(QOL),CEA,state of cellular immunity were observed after two-cycle treatment.Results:There was significant difference in effective rate between the two groups with 61.3%in the treatment group and 46.9%in the control group.Compared with of the control group,CEA of the treated group was more decreased,QOL and state of cellular immunity were significant increased.Conclusion:Shijit Decoction can improve effective rate,QOL and state of cellular immunity in patients with colorectal cancer treated with chemotherapy without obvious toxic-adverse effect.
