摘    要:探索临床医学专业实行以老带新的“传-帮-带”研究生导师团队负责制培养模式,旨在有效地弥补中青年研究生导师阅历不足,教学、科研经验欠缺,改进高年资研究生导师医、教、研思维僵化的弊端,达到以教促学,教学相长的双赢目的,提高临床医学研究生导师的综合能力.

Abstract:Ways to establish to old with the new“transfer-help-instruction”tutor team responsibility system of clinical medicine education mode was explored,in order to effectively make up for a lack of young and middle-aged tutor experience,lack of experience in teaching and scientific research,improving the high qualification tutor medicine,teaching and research the disadvantages of rigid thinking,reach to teaching and promote learning,and so a win-win purpose,improve the comprehensive ability of clinical medical graduate student mentor.
