从《黄帝内经》气机升降出入学说谈升降沉浮药性理论之渊薮

Exploration on the origin of the rising and sinking drug property theory from the theory of qi movement in Huangdi Neijing

In this paper,the contents about the rising and sinking in Huangdi Neijing were systematically summarized and studied from the aspects of the effects of the qi movement on human physiology,pathology and the medication treatment,the coordination and unity of qi movement in human body and nature,and the relationship between the qi and flavor of thick and thin and rising and sinking of yin and yang.It is believed that the Huangdi Neijing established the basic principle of the theory of qi rising and sinking property theory.It was expounded the qi rising and sinking was the basic manifestation of human physiological function,and the disorder of qi movement would lead to the corresponding pathological trend.The principle of balanced rising and sinking was put forward in the treatment and medication,which initially reflected the close relationship between the qi and flavor of thick and thin and the rising and sinking property theory.These theories of ascending and descending in Huangdi Neijing are the fundamental origin of the rising and sinking property theory.Later medical scientists and scholars,when researching and developing the floating and sinking medicine property theory,must first trace to its origin.
