《时病论》为清代温病学家雷丰的代表作,雷丰立论师古而不泥古,长于辨治时病.《时病论》中舌诊资料丰富,但眉目较粗,文章以舌苔、舌体为研究对象,对色、形、质、动态变化进行梳理,总结该书中雷氏的舌诊理论及治法,使学者明析雷氏时病察舌、辨舌要点及主要治法特色,充分发挥雷氏舌诊理论在临床上的实用价值.

Analysis of tongue inspection and therapies in Shibing Lun

Shibing Lun is the masterpiece of LEI Feng,a famous doctor who was good at distinguishing and treating seasonal diseases in Qing dynasty.LEI Feng learned from the former doctors without being conservative.Shibing Lun included abundant tongue inspection materials,but it is a little rough.This article summarizes the theory of tongue inspection and the therapies through taking the tongue as the object,combining its color,shape,quality and dynamic changes.To enable scholars to clearly analyze the key points of tongue examination,tongue discrimination and the main treatment characteristics of LEIs’tongue diagnosis,and promote the practical value of LEIs’tongue diagnosis theory in clinic.
