血栓闭塞性脉管炎辨证规范和辨证差异性比较

通过对《中医病证诊断疗效标准》《中药新药临床研究指导原则》《中医外科学》《中西医结合外科学》《实用中医周围血管病》《中西医结合周围血管疾病学》、专病会议指南和学术界于血栓闭塞性脉管炎辨证的综合对比分析,发现各辨证标准文献之间,学术界与辨证标准文献之间,以及学术界内部,均存在较大差异。文章全面分析了辨证失范的严重情况及其成因,并给出重新辨证规范的思路与方法。

Through comparing and analysing syndrome differentiation of thromboangiitis obliterans from Criteris of Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of TCM Diseases and Syndrome in TCM,Guideline for the Clinical Research on New TCM Drugs,Surgery of TCM,Surgery of Intergration of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Practical Traditional Chinese Medicine Peripheral Vascular Disease,Peripheral Vascular Surgery of Integration of Chinese and Western Medicine,the specialized disease conference guides and the academia,a big difference in the syndrome differentiation has been found among the standards,between the academia and the standards,and among the academia.This paper comprehensively analyzes the serious situation of syndrome differentiation anomie and its causes,and gives the thought and methods of re-syndrome differentiation norm.
