The Influence of Interactive Training Mode on the Ethical Decision-making Ability and Assessment Results of Dermatology Nurses

Objective To explore and analyze the influence of interactive training mode on the ethical decision-making ability and assessment results of dermatology nurses.Methods 17 nurses working in the dermatology department of our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were selected as the research objects,the routine nursing training mode from September 2017 to September 2018 was taken as the control group,and the interactive nursing training mode from October 2018 to September 2019 was taken as the observation group.The scores of ethical decision-making ability,assessment results and nursing,the satisfaction of scholars to the teaching mode of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of ethical choice and ethical action ability in the observation group were higher,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the theoretical performance and skill operation performance of the observation group were higher,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher satisfaction with learning style,learning effect,communication style and teachers,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of interactive nursing work training model in dermatology nurses can obtain better ethical decision-making ability,higher test scores,and higher satisfaction of nurses with the teaching model.
