| 摘 要： | 肠上皮化生(IM)是指胃黏膜上皮细胞被肠型上皮细胞所代替,常伴发于慢性萎缩性胃炎,既往研究认为IM是一种胃癌前病变,IM、假幽门腺化生、表达解痉多肽的化生可以直接转化为胃癌细胞。然而在最近动物模型的研究中提供了胃癌细胞起源事件的新观念,与既往研究结果相矛盾。文章将从IM起源、IM与胃癌发生的关系、幽门螺旋杆菌(HP)和胃微生物群与胃癌发生的关系、胃癌细胞起源、IM模型、IM中医证型与胃癌发生的关系等角度展开论述,为IM与胃癌发生的关系作一深入探讨。

| Abstract: | Intestinal metaplasia(IM)refers to the replacement of gastric epithelial cells by intestinal epithelial cells,often associated with chronic atrophic gastritis.Previous studies have suggested that IM is a precancerous lesion,IM,pseudopyloric metaplasia and expression of antispasmodic peptides can be directly converted into gastric cancer cells.However,in recent studies of animal models,new concepts of the origin of gastric cancer cells have been provided,which contradict previous research results.This article discussed the relationship between IM and gastric cancer,HP and gastric microbiota and gastric cancer,gastric cancer cell origin,IM model,relationship between TCM syndrome types of IM and gastric cancer,etc.,for IM and gastric cancer. |
