尤瑞克林联合丁苯酞治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果观察

目的探究尤瑞克林联合丁苯酞治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床效果。方法 70例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组35例。对照组采用丁苯酞治疗,观察组采用丁苯酞联合尤瑞克林治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Barthel评分;不良反应发生情况;治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组NIHSS、Barthel评分分别为(14.01±3.24)、(61.41±27.96)分,均优于对照组的(17.56±3.99)、(45.89±29.88)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率2.9%低于对照组的17.1%,治疗总有效率97.14%高于对照组的80.00%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性缺血性脑卒中患者应用尤瑞克林联合丁苯酞治疗,获得显著疗效,其不但能缓解神经功能缺损,还能提升治疗效果,而且具有较高的安全性,值得在临床中应用推广。

Observation of clinical effect of urinary kallidinogenase and butylphthalide on acute ischemic stroke

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of urinary kallidinogenase and butylphthalide on acute ischemic stroke.Methods A total of 70 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with butylphthalide,and the observation group was treated with urinary kallidinogenase and butylphthalide.The National Institutes of Health stroke scale(NIHSS)score and Barthel score before and after treatment,occurrence of adverse reactions and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score and Barthel score of the observation group were(14.01±3.24)and(61.41±27.96)points,which were better than(17.56±3.99)and(45.89±29.88)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 2.9%of the observation group was lower than 17.1%of the control group,and total effective rate 97.14%was higher than 80.00%of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of urinary kallidinogenase and butylphthalide shows significant efficacy on patients with acute ischemic stroke,which can not only alleviate the neurological deficit,but also improve the therapeutic effect and have higher safety,it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
