摘    要:失眠是老年人常见疾病,积极防治对于老年人的健康与生活质量具有重要意义。文章在相关文献研究基础上,指出元气亏虚是老年失眠的发病关键。未病培元、既病保元的失眠防治策略符合中医元气理论的思想。在中医"元气理论"指导下,针对老年人元气亏虚,"未病培元",采取饮食、起居、运动、体质等多种有效措施,减少元气损耗,预防失眠的发生。针对老年失眠患者,"既病保元",及时积极治疗,在辨证的基础上,重视保元以防止疾病复杂化。

Abstract:Insomnia is a common disease of the elderly,and active prevention and treatment of insomnia is of great significance to the health and quality of life of the elderly.Qi deficiency was the key cause of senile insomnia.The prevention and treatment of senile insomnia is in line with the idea of reinforcing and preserving the vital essence based on TCM vitality theory.Under the guidance of the idea of TCM vitality theory,aiming at qi deficiency of elderly,‘reinforcing the vital essence without disease’,adopt various effective preventive measures such as diet regulation,daily life,exercise regulation and constitutional regulation to reduce qi loss,prevent the occurrence of insomnia.For patients with senile insomnia,‘preserving the vital essence with disease’,timely and active treatment are significant.On the basis of syndrome differentiation,pay attention to treatment to prevent further complication of the disease.
