| 摘 要： | 咽喉为一身气机之要道,情志变动尤易病及于此。喉痹为临床常见病症,文章从《素问·血气形志》"形苦志苦,病生于咽嗌"立论,探析心境压抑、情绪苦闷等精神心理因素在喉痹发病的过程中所起的作用。喉痹久治不愈大多有精神情志因素掺杂其中,治病求本,故当形神共治。结合《神农本草经》《名医别录》等中药学经典古籍,从精神心理角度分析麻黄升麻汤在改善心境压抑、情感郁遏的功用,提出麻黄升麻汤是治疗喉痹的有效方剂。以期为喉痹的临床辨证与治疗提供借鉴与参考。
