Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects on the lipid metabolism and intestinal flora of nutritional obese mice of tetradium ruticarpum transdermal patchs in Shenque(CV 8).Methods:Replicated the high-fat-diet induced obesity mice,randomly selected in normal group.After 8 weeks with feeding high-fat diet,18 obese mice that the weight was greater than 20%of the normal group were randomly divided into model group,Patch 14 d group and Patch 28 d group.Then,the body weight,Lee’s index,serum lipids(CHO,TG),adipokines(LP,ADPN),and fatty acid synthase(FAS)in fat and liver tissues of experimental mice in each group were observed,as well as the changes in the intestinal flora.Results:The weight,Lee’s index,content of CHO,TG,LP,ADPN and FAS were significantly higher than those in the normal group(P<0.01).All of them were significantly decreased after tetradium ruticarpum transdermal patchs in Shenque(CV 8)(P<0.01,P<0.05),and the Patch 28 d group was significantly better than the Patch 14 d group(P<0.05).The structure and abundance in Cyanobacteria and Fibrobacteres of intestinal flora in Patch 14 d group and Patch 28 d group were significantly increased than M group(P<0.01),and the changes in the Patch 14 d group were more obvious than Patch 28 d group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through tetradium ruticarpum transdermal patchs in Shenque(CV 8)can improve the dyslipidemia and regulate the structure and function of intestinal flora of obese mice and to achieve the goal for losing weight.
