摘    要:对于患者主观感受的评价方法是临床研究中的一个难点。如何采用科学的研究方法体现中医治疗优势是临床研究中的重要问题。现有的中医证候评价方法虽然具有中医特色,但存在评价方法不统一、疗效相关性较低以及分级评价准确性不足等问题。视觉模拟评分法(VAS)在主观症状评价方面具有明显的优势。文章拟采用VAS对临床多种主观症状进行评价,提高主观感受的准确性,从而更加全面、科学地评价中医在临床治疗中的优势。该方法值得在临床研究中更多地应用。

Abstract:The evaluation method of patients’subjective feelings is a difficult point in clinical research.How to use scientific research methods to reflect the therapeutic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)is an important issue in clinical research.Although the current evaluation methods of TCM syndromes have the characteristics of TCM,there are some problems,such as inconsistent evaluation methods,low correlation of efficacy,and insufficient accuracy of graded evaluation.Visual analog scoring(VAS)has a significant advantage in subjective symptom evaluation.This paper intends to use the VAS method to evaluate a variety of clinical subjective feeling,improve the accuracy of subjective feelings,so as to evaluate the advantages of TCM in clinical treatment in a more comprehensive and scientific way,which is worthy of more application in clinical research.
