Study on the establishment of nomogram predictive scoring system for lung diseases based on the five evolutive phases and six climatic factors

Objective:To study the influence of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors endowment at birth and conception on the incidence tendency of lung diseases and explore a nomogram model for predicting the risk of lung diseases based on innate five evolutive phases and six climatic factors endowment.Methods:The disease data database of patients admitted to Jilin Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2014 to December 31,2018 was established.There were 1400 patients with lung diseases and 27447 patients with non-lung diseases,among which 1394 were randomly selected as the control group.The risk factor coefficients were obtained by Logistic regression method,and the nomogram model was established accordingly.Results:Ke-qi at birth,Zhu-qi at conception and Ke-qi at conception were independent risk factors for lung diseases(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nomogram model can be applied to predict lung diseases in Changchun,it can also predict the risk of lung diseases.
