Practice and Application Advantages of Cloud Classroom Technology in Nursing Clinical Continuing Education

Objective To explore the practice and application advantagesof cloud classroom technology in nursing clinical continuing education.Methods Nurses of first neurosurgery in our hospital who took part in nursing clinical continuing educationfrom January to June 2018 wereregarded asthetraditional control group were selected as the contro group.The nurses in the same Department who took part in nursing clinical continuing educationfrom July to December 2018 were regarded as theWeChat platform experimental group.And those who participated in the nursingcontinuing education from January to June 2019 were regarded as the cloud classroom experimental group.They undertake training activities by their own modes,and all the training requirements met the requirements of continuing education management requirement witch was setby nursing department.Results The efficiency of the nursing continuing education in thecloud classroom group was higher than that of the WeChat platform group(х2=4.653,P=0.031),and it’s higher than the traditional control group(х2=18.407,P<0.001).At same time,nursing continuing education assessment scores and nursing management satisfaction scores in thecloud classroom group was higher than that in the WeChat platform group and the traditional control group.The self-stress score of the nurses in the cloud classroom group was lower than that of the WeChat platform group and the traditional control group.Conclusion Cloud classroom technology can improve the efficiency and effectiveness of nursingcontinuing education in nursing continuing education.At the same time,it can improve nurses'satisfaction with nursing management and reduce self-pressure of nursing staff,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
