| 摘 要： | 归纳、总结中医药外用研究动物模型的研究现状,为临床上通过外用途径治疗疾病提出新思路。在中国知网上以"外用+模型"为主题,在检索界面进行搜索2010年至2019年所有文献,对中医药外用动物模型的现状与特点进行总结分析。搜索到的132篇文献中,排除非中医药、理论性研究,综述类文献,符合标准有86篇,132个动物模型(含同种模型)。分析文献发现,中医药外用广泛应用于许多疾病,发挥很好的疗效,且具有减轻不良反应、价格低、操作简便等优势,为临床治疗疾病提供研究基础,有利于中医药广泛应用。

| Abstract: | This paper summarizes the research status of animal models for externally applied Chinese medicine,and puts forward new ideas for clinical treatment of diseases by external application.With the theme of‘external application+model’on CNKI,all literatures from 2010 to 2019 are searched on the retrieval interface,and the current situation and characteristics of external application animal models of Chinese medicine are summarized and analyzed.Among the 132 searched literatures,excluding non-Chinese medicine,theoretical research and review literatures,86 literatures and 132 animal models(including the same model)met the standards.Externally applied Chinese medicine can reduce the side effects of Chinese medicine,with low price and simple operation.It provides a research basis for clinical treatment of diseases and is conducive to the wide application of Chinese medicine. |
