微生态疗法热潮下对人体粪便类中药冷境遇的思考

近年来,微生态研究受到全球瞩目,但事实上中医早在1700年前就开始使用人体粪便治疗疾病,而如今人体粪便类中药却备受冷落。文章通过对微生态学与中医学理论基础进行比较,强调了人体粪便类中药的理论优势,并通过阐述人体粪便类中药的临床优势表明其不应被取代。当前应抓住微生态学热潮为研究传统粪便类中药带来良好契机,以中医思想为指导,解决人体粪便类中药所存在的问题,最终实现微生态学与人体粪便类药物的共同发展。

Thoughts on the cold situation of human fecal drugs under the craze of microecological therapy

In recent years,micro-ecological research has attracted worldwide attention,but in fact,Chinese medicine began to use human feces to treat diseases as early as 1700 years ago,but now Chinese medicine such as human feces has been neglected.By comparing the theoretical basis of microecology with traditional Chinese medicine,this paper emphasizes the theoretical advantages of human excrement Chinese medicine,and demonstrates that it should not be replaced by the clinical advantages of human excrement Chinese medicine.At present,we should seize the good opportunity brought by the upsurge of microecology to study traditional fecal Chinese medicine,solve the problems existing in human fecal Chinese medicine under the guidance of Chinese medicine thought,and finally realize the common development of microecology and human fecal Chinese medicine.
