Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of online medical examination system in clinical teaching of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods Sixty interns in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine were selected as the research objects.According to the different internship levels,they were divided into the undergraduate group,the graduate group and the standardized training group,with 20 in each group.The three groups of interns took the entrance examination through the online medical examination system,and the clinical experts commented on the examination status of the students,put forward training suggestions,made clinical teaching plans,and took the exit examination after the internship.The scores of the three groups of interns were compared respectively.Results The average score and pass rate of the postgraduate group were the highest among the three groups,while the average score and pass rate of the undergraduate group were the lowest among the three groups.The average score of each group was more than 70,and the pass rate of each group was more than 85%.The results of undergraduate group,graduate group and standardized training group were all higher than the results of admission,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Introducing the medical online examination system in the entrance examination,clinical experts can comment on the examination situation of the students,put forward training suggestions,develop clinical teaching programs,and improve the scores of the entrance examination,which is worthy of promotion and application in clinical practice.
