Abstract:Objective:To explore the abundance and species differences of intestinal flora in different body mass index(BMI)populations.Methods:According to BMI,115 subjects were divided into a normal group,overweight group and obesity group.The feces of subjects were collected,and the composition and abundance of the intestinal flora of subjects with different BMI were compared by using 16 S rDNA gene sequencing technology and biological information analysis.Results:The results of alpha diversity analysis showed that the community richness and diversity of super recombination and obesity group were lower than that of normal group.The composition of intestinal flora in different groups was significantly different at OUT level.Firmicutes,Bacteroides,actinobacteria and proteobacteria are the dominant bacteria in three groups of intestinal flora;Ehrlich-Shigella and Rumen Coccus were significantly different from each other(P<0.05).Compared with the normal group,the differences of Bacteroides,Lachnoclostridium and Collinia in the obesity group were significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The composition of intestinal flora in different BMI populations is significantly different,and the diversity of intestinal flora in obese and overweight people is significantly reduced.The abundance of Bacteroides,Lachnoclostridium and Collins varied obviously,which suggested that they might be involved in the accumulation of body fat.Regulating the diversity and abundance of intestinal microflora may be one of the effective ways to prevent and treat intestinal micro-ecological related diseases.
