象思维视域下的皮肤病直观论治

象思维存在于中医理论与临床应用的各个领域,是中医学的核心思维方法。中医皮肤病学是一门以皮损形态学为特征的极具中医特色的的临床学科,取象比类法在皮肤病的诊疗中应用极为广泛,欧阳恒教授临证中灵活运用象思维及取象比类法,引入药象学理论,创造性地提出了"以色治色、以皮治皮、以形治形、以毒攻毒、寓搔止瘙"的"直观论治五法",以象诊象,以象治象,是辨证论治的延伸和扩展,对于指导临床、促进理论的研究与创新都有重要意义。
