Study on the Self-efficacy of Nursing Students in Higher Vocational Colleges and the Satisfaction of Pediatric Nursing Learning in Full Online Teaching

Objective To understand the novel coronavirus pneumonia during the first semester of pediatric nursing,and to evaluate the self-efficacy and learning satisfaction of nursing students.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 211 nursing students in four classes of a higher vocational medical college in Fujian Province.Results The average score of self-efficacy of 211 subjects was(25.72±4.75),15.2%of them had 10-20 scores,72.0%of them had 21-30 scores,and 12.8%of them had 31-40 scores.The satisfaction rate of nursing students to complete online learning of pediatric nursing is high.The average very satisfied rate of 16 items is 44.4%,the average satisfied rate is 45.0%,the average satisfied rate is 9.5%,and the average dissatisfied rate is 1.1%.Conclusion The middle level of self-efficacy of nursing students in higher vocational colleges is the main body,and the online teaching of pediatric nursing is complete,and the satisfaction of students is high.Through the guidance and help of teachers,students can adapt to online learning of pediatric nursing.In the future teaching,they can develop a certain proportion of online pediatric nursing content,which is combined with offline teaching.
