难治性癫痫中西医诊治现状分析与临床对策

文章从现代医学和中医学角度分析了难治性癫痫的病因、当前主要治疗手段及临床现状,进而探讨中西医诊治难治性癫痫的思路及临床对策。现代医学的主要治疗方式具有一定的局限性,而中医药治疗难治性癫痫的历史悠久、经验丰富、疗效可观,为临床治疗注入新的希望。通过对中西医诊治难治性癫痫的思考分析,创新学术理论及临床治法,讨论开展中医证候研究,建立中医循证医学、流行病学研究的可能性,并增加临床中药新药研发,拓展中医特色疗法和新型疗法的应用,加强与神经康复预防的联系,进而提升中西医结合治疗难治性癫痫的临床研究价值。

Analysis of existing circumstance and clinical strategies of Chinese and western medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of refractory epilepsy

Based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and western medicine, main treatment methods and clinical status of refractory epilepsy(RE) was analyzed, and the idea and clinical countermeasures of integrated Chinese and Western medicine in treating RE was discussed. The main treatment methods of western medicine have certain limitations, while the TCM has a long history, rich experience and considerable curative effect in the treatment of RE, which injects new hope into the clinical treatment of RE. Based on the consideration of integrated treatment of RE with TCM and western medicine, academic theories and clinical treatment methods were innovated, the possibility of developing TCM syndromes, establishing evidence-based medicine and epidemiological research, and increasing the development of clinical TCM new drugs, expanding the application of TCM characteristic therapy and new therapies, strengthening the connection with nerve rehabilitation and prevention was explored, so as to further promote the clinical research value and broad application prospect of integrated TCM and western medicine in the treatment of RE.
