摘    要:医学院校在线开放课程能使医学生公平获得优质教学资源,提高专业素养和实践技能。在线开放课程即慕课,源于加拿大,国内的在线开放课程平台主要有学堂在线、中国大学MOOC、好大学在线、智慧树和超星慕课等。本文分析了医学院校在线开放课程学习效果未能尽如人意的现状,认为影响学习效果的主要原因是在线开放课程质量不高、混合式教学课程融合欠佳、监督机制不完善以及学生学习的主动性、积极性不高等几个方面,提出提高在线开放课程质量、改进线上线下课程的融合、完善监管机制以及激发学生学习主动性和积极性等对策。

Abstract:Open online courses in medical schools can provide medical students with equal access to quality teaching resources and improve their professional quality and practical skills.Open online courses,also known as MOOC,originated from Canada.The platforms of open online courses in China mainly include“Xuetang online”,“Chinese university MOOC”,“good university online”,“wisdom tree”and“super star MOOC”.Medical colleges and universities are analyzed in this paper the present status of online open courses learning effect is not very desirable,that influence the learning effect is the main reason of the online open courses in poor quality is not high,the integration of hybrid teaching courses is poor,imperfect supervision mechanism as well as the students’learning initiative enthusiasm is not high,improve the quality of online open course is put forward,to improve the combination of the online course,improve the supervision mechanism and countermeasures,stimulate students learning initiative and enthusiasm.
