摘    要:目的研究五倍子等8种单味中药颗粒剂对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的抑菌作用,为临床治疗多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌的感染提供新的治疗思路和途径。方法采用微量肉汤稀释法测定五倍子、五味子、乌梅、黄连、连翘、罗汉果、金钱草、败酱草8种单味中药颗粒剂的抑菌效果和最低抑菌浓度。结果五倍子对多重耐药鲍曼不动杆菌抑菌作用最强,其次为五味子,再次是乌梅、黄连和连翘,罗汉果和金钱草及败酱草抑菌活性相对较弱。结论8种单味中药颗粒剂中五倍子的抑菌效果最强。

Abstract:Objective To study the bacteriostatic effect of 8 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine granules such as Chinese gallbladder on multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii,and to provide new treatment ideas and approaches for clinical treatment of multidrug-resistant A.baumannii infection.Methods The microbiological dilution method was used to determine the bacteriostatic effect and the lowest bacteriostatic concentration(MIC)of 8 kinds of Chinese traditional medicine granules including Galla Chinensis,Schisandra chinensis,Wumei,Coptis chinensis,Forsythia suspensa,Siraitia grosvenorii,longhairy antenoron herb,and Scaly.Results Galla Chinensis had the strongest antibacterial effect on multi-drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii,followed by Schisandra chinensis,and again ume,Coptis chinensis and Forsythia,and Siraitia grosvenorii,Lepidium chinense,and Psyllium chinensis were relatively weak.Conclusion Galla Chinensis has the strongest bacteriostatic effect among the eight kinds of Chinese medicine granules.
