| 摘 要： | 随着中药的广泛应用与随之发生的脏器中毒事件,深入研究和整理中药的毒副作用以及脏器毒性机制,保障常用中药安全有效的临床环境已经迫在眉睫。笔者在查阅近年来常见中药脏器毒性相关文献的基础上,从中药所致心脏、肝脏毒性2个方向分析中药的毒性成分、毒性临床表现及产生机制,为中药临床合理使用提供有益参考。

| Abstract: | With the wide application of traditional Chinese medicine and the consequent organ poisoning incidents,it is urgent to thoroughly study and sort out the toxic side effects and organ toxicity mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine to ensure the safe and effective clinical environment of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine.On the basis of literature review of organ toxicity of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,this paper analyzed the toxic components,toxicity clinical manifestations and production mechanism of common Chinese medicines from two directions of heart and liver caused by traditional Chinese medicine,which provides beneficial reference for clinical rational use of traditional Chinese medicine. |
