肝硬化与舌下络脉相关性研究进展

舌下络脉望诊是中医舌诊中的重要组成部分,尽管舌下络脉望诊不是一项具有特异性的诊断标准,但对于慢性肝病具有特殊重要意义,可通过观察舌下血管系统的变化,为肝硬化的诊断及预测疾病的转归预后提供重要依据。笔者通过查阅近年来有关肝硬化舌下络脉相关研究文献,总结肝硬化舌下络脉特征及相关研究,对肝硬化舌下络脉的研究进展进行了综述,并讨论现阶段研究的不足,以期为进一步研究提供思路。

Research progress on the relationship between cirrhosis and sublingual vessel

Sublingual vessel inspection is an important part of tongue diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine.Although sublingual vessel inspection is not a specific diagnostic standard,it has special significance for chronic liver disease.It can provide important basis for the diagnosis and prognosis of liver cirrhosis by observing the changes of sublingual vascular system.Based on the literature about sublingual vessel related to liver cirrhosis in recent 20 years,the characteristics and related research of sublingual vessel of liver cirrhosis were summarized,and the research progress of sublingual collaterals of liver cirrhosis was reviewed,and the deficiencies of current research and further research ideas were discussed.
