摘    要:目前研究发现,棕色脂肪组织(BAT)是能量代谢的重要组织,不仅能促进能量消耗,改善机体代谢,还可以调节内分泌,现已成为治疗代谢疾病的新靶点.BAT体积虽小,但因其特殊的细胞结构产热能力很强;中药药性四气中的热是否与BAT有关系,热性药物是否能够促进BAT的产热,目前还尚未系统的说明彼此之间的关系,故文章就BAT...

Abstract:At present,it is found that brown adipose tissue(BAT)is an important tissue of energy metabolism,which can not only promote energy consumption,improve metabolism,but also regulate endocrine,which has become a new target for the treatment of metabolic diseases.Although brown adipose tissue is small in size,it has a strong ability to produce heat because of its special cell structure.Is the‘heat’in the‘four nature of drugs’of traditional Chinese medicine related to BAT,and can hot drugs promote the heat production of BAT?At present,there is no systematic explanation of the relationship between them.Therefore,this paper reviewed the general situation of brown adipose tissue,the regulation mechanism of heat production,the relationship between brown adipose tissue and‘four nature of drugs’,and the application of traditional Chinese medicine in this respect,aiming at solving the above conjecture and laying a solid theoretical foundation for the follow-up study of brown adipose tissue.
