《黄帝内经》重阳思想与艾灸治疗抑郁症Meta分析

目的:本研究对中医治疗抑郁症的常用经典方法艾灸的临床观察进行Meta分析,从循证医学角度了解艾灸治疗抑郁证的疗效。方法:计算机检索CNKI、WanFang、PubMed数据库,收集有关艾灸对抑郁症的临床疗效随机对照研究文献,采用Meta分析的方法对检索到的符合纳入标准的文献进行系统评价,初步论证艾灸治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。结果:纳入系统评价文章24篇,总样本量2254例。Meta分析显示,艾灸治疗抑郁症有效率高于未施艾灸的其他治疗方法(OR=2.74,95%CI2.11,3.55],Z=7.60,P<0.00001)。结论:阳气虚衰导致的寒邪内伤是抑郁症发展、变化的关键病因病机,艾灸的温阳作用可通过温经散寒、疏通气血、调和阴阳,从而治疗抑郁症,值得临床推广和研究。

Meta analysis of attach importance to yang qi in Huangdi Neijing and moxibustion in the treatment of depression

Objective:This study conducted a Meta analysis on the clinical observation of moxibustion,a classic method used by traditional Chinese medicine to treat depression.Methods:The computer searched the CNKI,WanFang,PubMed databases,collected randomized controlled clinical trial articles about the clinical efficacy of moxibustion on depression,and conducted a meta-analysis to systematically review the documents that met the inclusion criteria and preliminary demonstrated the clinical efficacy of moxibustion in the treatment of depression.Results:A total of 24 systematic reviews were included,with a total sample size of 2254 cases.Meta analysis showed that moxibustion was more effective than Western medicine in treating depression,(OR=2.74,95%CI2.11,3.55],Z=7.60,P<0.00001).Conclusion:Cold evil internal injury caused by the deficiency of yang qi is the key etiology and pathogenesis of depression.The effect of moxibustion on warming yang can regulate the secretion of neurotransmitters in the brain through warming meridians,dispersing cold,clearing qi and blood,and reconciling yin and yang,thus treating depression,which is worthy of our clinical promotion and research.
