Abstract:Objective To explore and study the application effect of empowerment teaching combined with scenario simulation teaching method in traditional Chinese medicine nursing teaching.Methods Thirty-six nurses with professional titles in the department of traditional Chinese medicine of our hospital were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 18 nurses in each group.The experimental group was trained according to the energetic teaching combined with scenario simulation teaching method,and the control group was trained according to the traditional teaching method.The training effects of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of self-satisfaction,teacher satisfaction,review interest and emergency response ability of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.001).The scores of theoretical assessment and skill assessment in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion The application of empowerment teaching combined with scenario simulation teaching method in TCM training can mobilize the enthusiasm of nursing workers,seek the knowledge and learning spirit,and improve the nursing ability of nurses and groups.
