Clinical Observation on External Therapy and Oral Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Psychological Counseling in the Treatment of Cystic Hyperplasia of Breast

Objective To observe the clinical effect of external therapy and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine combined with psychological counseling in the treatment of cystic hyperplasia of breast.Methods A total of 100 outpatients in our hospital from September 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups.50 cases in the treatment group were treated both external therapy and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine.The control group(50 cases)was given Xiaoyao pills.Both groups were given psychological counseling.After three courses of treatment,one course for each menstrual cycle,the BI-RADS grading of breast B ultrasound and clinical efficacy of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results After treatment,the BI-RADS grading of breast B ultrasound in both groups decreased,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group(94%)was higher than that of the control group(64%).Conclusion The combination of external therapy and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine with psychological counseling in the treatment of breast cystic hyperplasia is effective,simple and suitable for the promotion of primary outpatient.
