西酞普兰联合米氮平治疗抑郁症伴睡眠障碍的临床疗效观察

目的观察西酞普兰联合米氮平治疗抑郁症伴睡眠障碍的临床疗效。方法104例抑郁症伴睡眠障碍患者,应用随机数字表法分为对照组及观察组,各52例。对照组应用西酞普兰治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上应用米氮平治疗。对比两组的临床疗效、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率98.08%高于对照组的80.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者PSQI评分均低于治疗前,且观察组PSQI评分(8.5±1.1)分低于对照组的(12.2±1.4)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为21.15%,高于对照组的17.31%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论西酞普兰联合米氮平治疗抑郁症伴睡眠障碍的临床疗效显著,是一种优秀的治疗方法。

Observation of the clinical effect of citalopram combined with mirtazapine in the treatment of depressionwith sleep disorders

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of citalopram combined with mirtazapine in the treatment of depression with sleep disorders.Methods A total of 104 cases of depression with sleep disorders were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with citalopram,and the observation group was treated with mirtazapine based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 98.08%of the observation group was higher than 80.77%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI score of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the PSQI score(8.5±1.1)points of the observation group was lower than(12.2±1.4)points of the control group.All the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 21.15%,which was higher than 17.31%,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Combination of citalopram and mirtazapine shows remarkable clinical efficacy on the treatment of depression with sleep disorders,which is an excellent treatment method.
