摘 要: | 目的 应用毛细管电泳和荧光标记技术, 建立MAOA μ-VNTR多态荧光标记自动分型的方法.方法使用Chelex-100法提取DNA后, 采用荧光标记和毛细管电泳检测技术对720份云南汉族无关个体血样进行MAOA μ-VNTR基因分型.结果 荧光毛细管电泳分型方法能准确、高效地对MAOA μ-VNTR多态性进行分型检测.结论 MAOA μ-VNTR多态性荧光标记自动分型方法操作简便, 在针对MAOA μ-VNTR多态性的相关研究中具有良好的应用前景.

Establishment and Application An Automatic Typing Method for MAOA μ-VNTR Polymorphism Test using Fluorescence Labeling Techniques |

Abstract: | Objective To establish an automatic typing method for MAOA μ-VNTR polymorphism test using capillary electrophoresis and fluorescence labeling techniques. Me thods DNAwas extracted by Chelex-100 method. Blood samples from 720 unrelated Chinese Han individuals in Yunnan were genotyped by capillary electrophoresis and fluorescence labeled primer. Re s ults MAOA μ-VNTR polymorphism fluorescent labeling automatic typing method had high efficiency. And the results from this method were accurate and reliable.Conclus ions The operation of MAOA μ-VNTR polymorphism fluorescent labeling automatic typing method is simple. It has good prospects in the research for the MAOA μ-VNTR polymorphism test. |
