膝关节退行性骨关节病的MRI诊断及临床意义

摘    要:目的:研究膝关节退行性骨关节病临床诊断中采用MRI诊断与CT诊断的临床价值差异。方法:选择2017年1月~2019年6月120例患者,均进行CT及MRI扫描,包括关节软骨损伤、软骨下囊变及硬化水肿、韧带损伤、半月板变性及损伤、滑膜组织增生的5项诊断结果差异性显著。结果:两种诊断方式在骨质增生、骨赘与关节面不平整和关节囊积液对比上诊出率无明显差异,两种诊断方式对比下CT诊断无法有效判断关节软骨、软骨下囊变及硬化水肿、半月板变性及损伤、韧带损伤、滑膜组织增生情况,相对而言MRI诊断符合率更高。结论:膝关节退行性骨关节病临床诊断中采用MRI诊断能够有效评估患者的病情变化情况,为其治疗提供更为有效的依据。

Abstract:Objective:To study the clinical value difference between MRI diagnosis and CT diagnosis in clinical diagnosis of knee degenerative osteoarthropathy.Methods:From January 2017 to June 2019,120 patients were selected for CT and MRI scans,including articular cartilage injury,subchondral cystic degeneration and sclerosing edema,ligament injury,meniscus degeneration and injury,synovial tissue hyperplasia The five diagnostic results of the two were significantly different.Results:There is no significant difference in the diagnosis rate between the two diagnosis methods in the comparison of osteoproliferation,osteophyte and articular surface unevenness,and joint capsule effusion.CT diagnosis cannot effectively judge articular cartilage and subchondral capsule changes under the comparison of the two diagnosis methods And sclerosing edema,meniscus degeneration and injury,ligament injury,synovial tissue hyperplasia,relatively speaking,MRI diagnosis is more consistent.Conclusion:The clinical diagnosis of knee degenerative osteoarthropathy using MRI diagnosis can effectively assess the patient’s condition changes,provide a more effective basis for its treatment,and is worthy of popularization and application.
